• Any manufacturing DEFECTS (torn, non-functional) must be reported to Babe Cave MJ within 3 days of receiving the item(s). 
• If your item is being returned due to a manufacturers defect, your item must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging and put into the mail back to us within 14 days from receiving a return label. 
• A store credit or exchange may be issued upon inspection of item.
